Parking

There is one designated parking space per unit. All spaces are clearly marked.
Units 1 through 6 have covered parking spaces under the building.
These do have height restrictions, so if you have an over-sized vehicle you may need to park it on 41st St. or at the Convention Center lot – both are free. We do NOT have additional parking spaces.
Units 7 through 11 have uncovered parking spaces. Unit7’s space is alongside the building parallel to 41st St. Units 8 through 11 are in the parking lot on the south side of the building.
If you arrive early or plan to stay later than check-out, please park on 41st St. or at the Convention Center. The cleaning staff need to use the space between check out and check in times.

Parking is under each unit, it is covered and there is a height limit of just over 6 foot.

Parking Unit 7

Unit 7 parking is between the sidewalk and building. under the Dominica Beach sign.

Parking Units 8 to 11

Parking is on the south side of the building opposite from 41 Street.
