Dominica Beach is located ocean side, between 41st and 40th streets – just one building back from oceanfront. Enjoy a low-density beach as there are no hotels on our block. Lifeguards are on duty from mid-May to mid-September. It’s just a short walk to the condo for breaks, restroom, snacks etc.. the condo is 50 steps from the sand dunes. And we provide the beach chairs, blankets and umbrellas. and there is an outdoor shower to wash the sand out of your toes.
Ocean City has 10 miles of beaches. Some are off the crowded Boardwalk and others are next to high-rise hotel and condo. We are in midtown
