All of our condos are self-contained, studio apartments (full kitchen, full bath, living/dining area, sleeping area, private balcony), with a private designated parking space and Hi-speed WIFI. Our cleaning fee includes towels and bed linens.

Dominica Beach consists of 11 condos, located oceanside, between 40th & 41st streets—only 50 paces to the sand dunes; one block to the Convention Center; short walk to restaurants, night clubs (e.g., Seacrets), mini-golf, stores, the Boardwalk, Jolly Roger’s amusement and water park! There are no large hotels on our block, so you can enjoy a low-density beach with a lifeguard on duty from Memorial weekend until the 3rd weekend after Labor Day. Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk from the beach to a nearby bathroom and not trekking across a major highway!
All of our condos are clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and maintained. Kitchens have full-size appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher) and are fully stocked (e.g., dinnerware, glassware, bakeware, utensils, pots/pans, coffeemakers, toaster, blender); include initial condiments (e.g., K-cups, tea, sugar/sweetener, creamer, salt/pepper, cooking spray, as well as your soaps/detergents and paper products paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, trash bags). All condos have queen beds, except Unit 8 (king bed, queen sleep sofa), with encased mattresses and pillows, hypo-allergenic mattress pads, quilt/comforter, and blankets. Several of our condos have in-unit laundry facilities (as noted in the descriptions) and we have full-size washers/dryers for guests’ use on the ground level. We provide laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets too. Our cleaning staff is local—they check, clean/disinfect, remove/restock used linens/towels, soaps/detergents, paper products, & condiments after each condos use.
No need to load your car up with beach items — on the ground level, we provide guests with access to lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, coolers, toys, towels, & blankets as well as a nice assortment of games and books and baby items (e.g., strollers, high-chairs, booster seats, pack-n-plays) plus a locked storage room for guests’ bikes/personal items. There is an outside shower to rinse the sand off from the beach. Additional, free parking is available on 41st street as well as at the Convention Center.
