Dominica Beach is the second building from the ocean. Only 50 steps to the sand dunes. We are a family owned and operated small business for 11 condos at Dominica Beach, each with its own unique style.  When you book with us, you are dealing directly with us, not a management company or corporate giant.  We pride ourselves on the four C’s: good communication, cleanliness, comfort and convenience.  We are frequently on site, but if not, we are available via phone, text and email. Our cleaning staff is local and uses CDC-recommended standards for disinfecting in all of our cleaning protocols, including replacing linens, towels, bath rugs, and blankets.  They also tend to the laundry room, beach and baby items.  We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible with memory-foam mattresses on the sleep sofas, and high-quality mattresses (Puffy, Casper, Saatva, Stearns & Foster).  And what could be more convenient than not having to load your car with beach chairs, umbrellas or toys, when you can walk downstairs and select what you need; or being able to get to a bathroom quickly from the beach; or leaving your sheets/blankets/towels for the cleaning staff, and doing some last-minute shopping, rather than spending hours doing laundry?  Come–stay with us – relax, have fun, and enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer!
