This condo is decorated in a beautiful “Beach Bicycle” theme with custom-upholstered rattan furniture and queen bed in shades of light green and blue, bamboo flooring, natural sisal rugs, mirrored IKEA wardrobe, and coordinated black-out drapes over the sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony with comfortable seating. Behind a set of louvered doors in the living area, is a pull-down Murphy bed with a comfortable queen-sized mattress. Although, it does not have a view of the ocean, once you go down the side steps you are only 50 paces from the sand dunes. Private, assigned parking space under the building (height restrictions may apply to over-sized vehicles). Laundry room with full size washer/dryers below at ground level.
