About Us
We are a family-owned and operated company, since 2005. We only manage our own family’s 11 condos at Dominica Beach. We are a retired couple with four children and twelve grandchildren – all of whom love to come to Ocean City! Therefore, we treat our condos as our “home away from home.” You will meet some of the older grand-kids working around the condo.

60 Day 100% refund
Using the returning renters code (RR2024), you will get an expanded cancellation policy; i.e., 100% refund on cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in, added to our normal policy of "if we can re-rent it", you will get a refund less any differences in rent etc. .

Dominica Beach consists of only 11 condos, located oceanside, between 40th and 41st St.–only 50 paces to the sand dunes and one block from the Convention Center! Restaurants, night clubs (Seacrets), mini-golf, stores, the Boardwalk, Jolly Roger’s amusement/water park are just a short walk. There are no large hotels on our block, so you enjoy a low-density beach that has a lifeguard on duty from Memorial weekend until the 3rd weekend after Labor Day.
